      Extracting data with the Text Snip

      1. Press the Text Snip button into active mode
      2. Select the cell that you want to link to the PDF
      3. Draw a rectangle around the location of the data on the PDF
      4. The data that appears in the cell is now linked to the rectangle on the PDF
