      To maximize the effectiveness of DocuMine and obtain the most accurate results, it's important to frame your questions effectively.

      Below are some best practices and common pitfalls to avoid when crafting questions for DocuMine.

      Question Do’s

      1. Be Clear and Concise

      • Why: Ambiguity leads to unclear results.
      • How: Use straightforward language with a clear outcome in mind.
      • Example:
        • ❌ Can you identify any events of default specified in the loan agreement?
        • ✅ What are the events of default for the loan?

      2. Provide Descriptive Details

      • Why: Specificity ensures DocuMine finds the most relevant information.
      • How: Add context and necessary qualifiers to your question.
      • Example:
        • ❌ What are the controls around access?
        • ✅ What are the controls to ensure that access is revoked within the specified timeframe?

      3. Ask One Question at a Time

      • Why: Multiple queries in one question can confuse the AI and dilute the result.
      • How: Split complex questions into smaller, more focused parts.
      • Example:
