How to view documents on a second screen

Creating additional workspace

If you need more space to show data in your Excel file, you can move the DataSnipper document viewer to your second screen.
 

DataSnipper version 5 and later

  1. Use the Viewer option
  2. Click Show Viewer in new window.

 

DataSnipper version 4.0 and earlier

  1. Use the Viewer option
  2. Click Show in 2nd screen.
The document viewer will appear as a portable screen and you are able to move it to your 2nd or even 3rd screen.
