Receiving a Document Request
When you request documents using UpLink, the client will receive an email notification. This email includes a button labeled Upload Documents—clicking this button will take the client directly to UpLink.
Secure Links
Instead of requiring usernames and passwords, UpLink provides secure links for access. For security reasons, these links expire after 24 hours. If your link has expired, you will see a notification screen. Simply click the Get a New Link button to receive a fresh link in your inbox.
Uploading a File
To upload a file:

Click on the request you need to fulfill.

Use the file picker or drag and drop files into the request.

Preview the file to double-check before submission.

Click Submit to complete the process.
Marking a Request as Sensitive
You can mark a request as Sensitive, which ensures that only members of the engagement team can view the uploaded files. Other assignees on the engagement will not have access.
Asking a Question About a Request
If you need clarification about a request, you can leave a comment. The requester will receive a notification and can respond directly.
Delegating a Request
If you need someone else to fulfill a request:

Click the Delegate This Request button.

Select a person or enter an email address.

The delegatee will receive an email notification similar to the one you received.
To track delegated requests, use the Delegated Requests filter.
Tracking Requests

To view all requests within an engagement, use the All Requests filter.

To track only your delegated requests, use the Delegated Requests filter.
