      How to cancel your subscription in the DataSnipper Dashboard

      Learn how to cancel your subscription for your organization in the DataSnipper Dashboard.

      Cancel subscription

      Using the DataSnipper Dashboard, you can manage your DataSnipper subscription for your organization. Only users with admin rights can manage subscriptions in the dashboard. Below you will find the step-by-step guide on how to do this:

      Step-by-step guide

      1. Go to https://dashboard.datasnipper.com/LicenseManagement
      2. Click on Manage Subscription
      3. Click on your subscription
      4. Click Cancel Subscription
      5. Fill in the cancellation reason and confirm your cancellation
