Integrations: Xero

DataSnipper for Excel connects directly to Xero so you can import expenses, invoices, and bills, complete with attachments and a link back to the original record, straight into your workbook.

What you can do

One Xero connection covers all three entity types: expenses, invoices, and bills. Select the entity type in the importer, filter the population down to the customer or supplier you are testing, and bring in line items and attachments alongside the records.

  • Invoices filter by customer, bills filter by supplier, both drawn from the same contact list in Xero.

  • Attachments download automatically and are placed as snips on the row they belong to, including line items.

  • Invoice rows include an Origin URL, an action snip that opens the original invoice back in Xero from inside Excel.

How to connect

Sign in to your Xero account from the connection dialog in DataSnipper for Excel. There is no admin setup, no credentials to generate, and no additional Xero subscription required.

Already importing Xero expenses? Your existing connection now covers invoices and bills too, no reconnection needed.
