About Advanced Document Management
With Advanced Document Management, you can organize and clean up your workbooks for faster, simpler reviews that include only the relevant information. You can export your documents together with all the Snips performed on them, and choose to remove all pages that do not contain any Snips, or only the pages that do not contain Exception Snips.
Advanced Document Management features are offered only in the Professional Package. Contact your designated DataSnipper Customer Success Manager to learn more.
Prerequisites
DataSnipper Start Package
DataSnipper v5.1 or later
Export documents with Snips
Click the Export button on the DataSnipper ribbon.
Select the documents you want to export and check the Export with Snips and Comments box at the bottom of the pop-up window.
Click OK at the bottom of the window.
Choose the location on your device where you want the files to be saved.
Removing documents
Two advanced options help you manage the removal of documents from your Excel workbook. Both are available from the Remove button on the DataSnipper ribbon:
Remove pages without Snips: removes all pages, from all documents, that do not contain any Snips. Use this option to keep the testing workbook limited to items relevant for testing.
Remove pages without Exception Snips: removes all pages, from all documents, that do not contain exception Snips. Use this option to retain only items related to specific issues, which is especially useful when a subset of tested items with issues needs to be sent back to the client or highlighted for further action.

You can also use the Advanced Document Management features directly from the Document Organizer in the DataSnipper ribbon.
