What is Focus Mode?
Focus Mode is a dedicated interface in DocuMine designed to help you efficiently review, approve, and reject answers. It simplifies your workflow by displaying one answer at a time while providing full context from the source documents.
This feature is especially useful when handling complex or high-stakes reviews, such as loan agreements, lease agreements, sales contracts, board minutes, and more. With a clean layout and intuitive controls, Focus Mode ensures you can concentrate on the answers without distractions.

Step-by-step guide: how to use Focus Mode
Follow these steps to make the most of Focus Mode in DocuMine.
Step 1: Open your processed worksheet
Run your questions on selected documents in DocuMine.
Once the process is complete, the worksheet will display:
Questions on the left.
Document names at the top.
Answers in the grid below.
Step 2: Enter Focus Mode
Click the Focus Mode button at the top right of the Answer Card.
The Focus Mode pop-up will appear.
Step 3: Review the layout
Left side: Displays the question, answers, and the reference to the source (Snips).
Right side (Document Viewer): Shows the source document for reference.
Step 4: Review answers
Focus on one answer at a time.
Check if the answer fully addresses the question and appears accurate.
Step 5: Verify context
Use the Document Viewer to confirm the source of the answer.
If an answer seems unclear, cross-check it directly with the relevant section of the document.
Step 6: Approve or reject answers
Click Approve to confirm an answer.
Click Reject if the answer is incorrect.
Use shortcuts to speed up: X to reject an answer, V to approve an answer, and the arrow keys to navigate between answers.
Step 7: Exit Focus Mode
Once you have reviewed all the answers, click Exit Focus Mode to return to the main worksheet view.
