How can I get started in the Academy?

Enter your first name, last name, and work email to log in.
You will be enrolled in a learning group specific to your firm or team.
A learning path is automatically assigned to you based on your DataSnipper package.

Which Academy courses are available, and which are right for me?
You can find a comprehensive overview of courses organized by vertical in the DataSnipper Academy course overview.
Can I watch the videos in other languages?
Most courses are available in English, with AI-translated versions in Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, French, and German. English is the default. To switch languages, click EN and select your preferred language.
How can I enroll in a course?
The courses assigned to your group are available under My Courses. The introductory learning path, which is already assigned, contains the core beginner courses to help new users understand DataSnipper. To explore additional courses, browse the catalog.
How can I enroll my team in a course?
We typically assign the champion or main point of contact as a manager in the Academy. This manager can then add the remaining users directly, or provide us with a list to add them. After users are added, they receive an auto-generated email. Note that users are not automatically enrolled in courses: enrolment is completed by the DataSnipper team. Please do not create additional groups, and let us know if you have any questions.
Is the Academy free?
Yes. The Academy is free for every user, regardless of your package.
