With External Guest Access, people outside your organisation can review your Excel workbook and its Snips. This feature requires the Elevate package and DataSnipper v5.1 or later.
About External Guest Access
External Guest Access mode lets people outside your organisation validate and review Snips in your Excel workbook. They can hover over Snips to see the cross-references and review the findings, enabling seamless, continuous collaboration. This feature is offered only in the Elevate package. Contact your DataSnipper Customer Success Manager to learn more.

A view-only installer link sent to the person outside your organisation
DataSnipper v5.1 or later
Step-by-step guide
1. As a DataSnipper customer, contact your Customer Success Manager to obtain the download link with a view-only license enabled.
2. Send that download link to the relevant external parties.
3. On clicking the link, the third party has view-only access to the DataSnipper ribbon. They can inspect your Excel workbook and view all the work performed with the tool, including all cross-references to the imported documents.
4. They can also search for keywords across all imported documents using the smart search bar in the Document Viewer.
