Steps
Click Add new Engagement to create the SOC 2 engagement. Fill in the details manually or upload the pre-filled UpLink Excel template.
Click Finalize Upload and select the engagement to view all requests.
Clients receive email notifications with secure links to submit policy documents and other required evidence.
Once documents are uploaded, review them in the Active Engagements section. Click any request to preview documents and check Queries for AI-generated answers with page number references.
Click Approve to accept a submission, or Return to request corrections.
After pre-validation, click the three-dots menu to export submitted files or download an annotated workpaper with all AI query answers and source references.
Use the exported workbook in DataSnipper to continue the SOC 2 audit.
