Prerequisites

  • Two different drafts of the same Internal Audit Findings Report

  • DataSnipper Elevate package

Steps

  1. Import both Version 1 (original draft) and Version 2 (revised draft) into the Document Viewer.

  2. Click Version Compare in the DataSnipper ribbon and import both versions.

  3. Click Compare. Both reports appear side by side, original on the left and updated version on the right.

  4. Scroll through both reports simultaneously to review changes. Deletions are highlighted in red; additions appear in green.

  5. Click Export to add all change information to the workbook alongside the respective reports.

  6. Add comments or observations directly in Excel, or click Comments in the DataSnipper ribbon to annotate within the report.
