Streamline Supply Agreement reviews using DocuMine, DataSnipper's AI engine, to save time and improve consistency.
What is DocuMine?
DocuMine is an AI engine that removes the tedious task of manually searching through large volumes of documents. You ask specific questions and receive precise answers. DocuMine automatically suggests answers and provides references to the relevant text, numbers, or clauses in the source document, so you can focus on reviewing and validating data while staying in full control.
Why use DocuMine for Supply Agreement reviews?
Supply Agreements document terms, responsibilities, and expectations between parties involved in the provision of goods or services. Reviewing them manually can be time-consuming and error-prone. DocuMine automates the search for key details so you can focus on validation and analysis.
Time savings: automates manual searches, reducing the time spent reviewing documents.
Consistency: ensures a uniform and thorough review of agreements.
Traceability: links every answer to its source using Snips for clear audit trails.

What the video covers
The walkthrough shows uploading a Supply Agreement, writing review questions in Excel, running DocuMine against the document, and approving or rejecting the AI-suggested answers, each linked back to its source with a Snip.
Step-by-step guide
Step 1: Prepare your Supply Agreement documents. Upload your Supply Agreement documents to DataSnipper. Use the Import or Organize buttons to make sure your documents are ready for processing.
Step 2: Define your questions. Write the questions you want answered in your Excel sheet, for example: "Can anyone else act on behalf of the buyer?", "What is the term or duration of this agreement?", or "Which party is responsible for bearing shipping costs?"
Step 3: Open DocuMine. Click the DocuMine icon in the DataSnipper ribbon in Excel. The DocuMine pane appears on the right side of your screen.
Step 4: Select your input questions. Highlight the questions you wrote in your Excel sheet and click Next in the DocuMine pane.
Step 5: Select your source documents. In the DocuMine pane, select the Supply Agreement documents you want to search and click Start.
Step 6: Start your review. Once DocuMine completes the process, click Start Review to review the AI-generated answers in Excel. Each cell contains the answer DocuMine found, along with a Snip referencing its source for easy verification.
Step 7: Validate and save. Review the accuracy of each answer. If it is correct, click Approve to save it in the designated cell; approved answers turn into pink Snips, confirming your review is complete. If it is incorrect, click Reject to discard it, which removes both the answer and its associated Snips.
Step 8: Use Focus Mode for detailed review (optional). Focus Mode is a dedicated interface that displays one answer at a time alongside the full context from the source document. The left side shows the question, answer, and Snip reference; the right side shows the source document for verification. Approve or reject each answer from this view.
Use the Command Bar for a single question
The Command Bar lets you ask a single question and search within a specific document without configuring a full DocuMine run, so you can find an answer instantly without interrupting your workflow.
