Steps

  1. Import all documents related to the walkthrough procedure.

  2. Select the cell for the reference you want to document and use Smart Search to find the relevant reference number or data across your documents. You can snip directly from the search results to save time.

  3. To validate a signature on a proposal against a signatory list, hold CTRL while adding snips to create multi-snips in the same cell.

  4. Use the Sum Snip to check the mathematical accuracy of totals shown in the documents.

Before saving the workbook to your audit file, use the include/exclude documents toggle to remove any documents that should not be retained on file.
