How to document a contract review in a table, use Smart Search with specific search terms to locate relevant items across contracts, and use the Text Snip to extract and link the elements you want to review.
Steps
Create a table in your workbook to document the results of the contract review.
Add specific search terms to help locate the relevant items in your contract.
Click the cell containing your search terms and use Smart Search to find all occurrences of that term across all imported documents.
Select the Text Snip and extract the specific contract elements you want to review.
To link multiple details in the same cell, hold
CTRLwhile snipping the other relevant items.
Redacting sensitive information
If you need to redact any information before sharing the document, click Remove in the DataSnipper ribbon and select Redact Text. Draw over the area you want to hide, then right-click and select Apply all redactions.
