How to Use Version Comparison
Import both versions of the document into DataSnipper (e.g. two versions of a Representation Letter or contract).
In the DataSnipper ribbon, click Version Comparison.
Select the two documents you want to compare, then click Compare.
DataSnipper automatically reviews both documents and highlights all differences between the old and new version.
Click Export to Excel to create a summary sheet with Snips cross-referencing each identified difference directly in the documents.
Review the exported changes to verify that the document is accurate and complete.
