Update DataSnipper
Updating DataSnipper follows the same process as a fresh install. The new installer does not automatically remove the previously installed version.
For users running v25 or older, we require them to uninstall the existing version before installing the latest v26+ version.
The Auto Updater will also not automatically upgrade DataSnipper from v25 to v26. However, once v26 or a later version is installed, the Auto Updater will continue to keep DataSnipper up to date with future releases.
Request your installation link from your Customer Success Manager or from Tally (the chat bubble on the DataSnipper Knowledge Base).
Download and unzip the new setup package (e.g.
